Sanford, Florida – Attention Walmart Shoppers – Here we go again. Sanford Police have arrested a man accused of using a shoe camera to film video images up a woman’s skirt while she shopped at a Sanford Walmart store. Sanford Police arrested Paul Senzee after the female victim told police that Senzee walked up behind her on several occasions extending his foot forward to place it under her skirt. The victim became suspicious and Senzee was detained by Walmart store security after being confronted by another customer.
Police indicated that Senzee placed his cellphone that had black tape covering the outer portion of the camera lens with a small hole cut out of tape in the center of the lens. The victim noticed a small hole cut into the top of his shoe for the camera lens.
Once police search Senzee’s cellphone they will be able to determine if there are additional victims, according to the report. Paul Senzee has been charged with sex offense video.
