Fleetwood Tilden has been recognized as One of the Top DUI Attorneys in Florida by the National Advocacy for DUI Defense (NAFDD)

Orlando, Florida — November 30, 2015 — The National Advocacy for DUI Defense (NAFDD) has named attorney, N. Fleetwood Tilden with the law firm of Tilden Law among the top DUI defense attorneys in the State of Florida. With the almost 85,000 attorneys eligible to practice law in the state of Florida in 2015, less than one percent are honored and recognized by NAFDD as nationally-ranked, superior DUI attorneys.

“It is an honor to be selected to NAFDD’s list of Florida’s top DUI attorneys,” said Tilden. “I have practiced criminal law for more than 20 years and dedicate my efforts to assisting clients who have the misfortune of being charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and other crimes. Helping my clients put their lives back together after a criminal arrest is my passion.”

NAFDD is a national, invitation-only organization that identifies the top criminal defense attorneys in each state who handle DUI and DWI cases. In addition, the organization strives to educate clients who may be looking for DUI representation but don’t know where to start or how to locate the most experienced attorneys in their areas.

To be eligible for NAFDD selection, attorneys must be licensed and in good standing in their state, have seven years of experience in DUI law, and devote a significant portion of their private practice to DUI law. Eligible attorneys are then selected for the final list based on the following criteria:

  • Experience practicing criminal defense law and DUI law.
  • Percentage of practice dedicated to criminal defense and DUI defense.
  • DUI case outcomes.
  • Trial experience.
  • Peer reviews.
  • Client reviews.
  • DUI law publications and presentations.
  • DUI law awards, achievements, and recognitions.

“NAFDD recognizes that it takes a specific skill set and specific knowledge to become an outstanding DUI attorney,” said Tilden. “I appreciate the work they do to locate and recognize the best DUI attorneys in the United States, and I hope that my future work in this practice area continues to live up to their high standards.”
